Multi-Factor Authentication for Students
On the first day of school, students in grades 7-12 will have their Classlink SSO password reset to the default password. If you do not know the default password, please look in Student Access or Parent Access.
Once you have successfully logged in, you will be required to choose a new password. The password must be at least eight characters long.
Once you have successfully changed your password, you will be required to pick an image as your Multi-Factor Authentication. You will have to click this same image each time you login to the SSO. It is very important that you remember the image you chose.  Only CISD Staff or Teachers can request your Multi-Factor Authentication reset by emailing help@conroeisd.net. No calls or emails from students or parents will be accepted.
