UIL Physicals for the 22-23 School Year

• Who: All Students in Athletics, High School Band, Drill Team, Cheer and High School ROTC
• When: Thursday April 28^th
• Where: Stockton Junior High School Gym
• Time: 8am -12pm
• Students Included: All Stockton students, 6^th Graders from Bozman, and 6^th Graders from Travis (CISD Bus Transportation will be provided for 6^th Grade Students)
• Cost: $20 Cash or Check made payable to CHS Sports Medicine
• Physical packets will be distributed on campus on Thursday April 14^th.
