Attention Stockton Junior High Families! All students must have all required immunizations completed by Tuesday, September 1.

ALL students are required to be compliant with Texas immunization law (TAC 97.61-97.72). We must have an up-to-date immunization record or a current, notarized exemption affidavit.

There are TWO REQUIRED immunizations (TDaP and Meningococcal) for incoming 7th graders (25-26).

After this date, students cannot return to school until they have received the required shots and/or submitted the appropriate waiver form.

Please take care of this requirement as soon as possible to avoid any interruption to your student’s attendance.

If your student has already received their vaccinations, please provide a copy to Nurse Mayes at fmayes@conroeisd.net
